Application IDACO nyc platform

IDACO nyc is interested in seeking dance works that have an Italian idea, concept or component in one of the following collaboration elements :

• site-specific  
• art installation
• media / technology
• live sound
• dance theatre
• visual and contemporary arts

The Festival will provide to selected applicants: one performance within the IDACO platform at the SHEEN CENTER in the east village NYC, complete promotion and marketing, photos and video of the performance, technical support and facilities, participation at the opening and closing recepetions and all networking events of the platform (workshops, seminars, video projections)

APPLICATION GUIDELINES

Applicants must submit a project of max 15min, we strongly suggest to submit a video sample of the proposed work (even if it is rehearsal footage), however  if the project is still not rehearsed a video of an alternative work will be accepted.

The application deadline is Friday March 6th, 2015 at 11.59pm.

Accepted Applicants will be notified  via email no later than  Friday March 20th, 2015. The applicants will have 7 business days to accept the participation

Accepted Applicants will have their project presented during the IDACO nyc platform, one of the following dates: May 21-22-23-24, 2015.

The schedule of program will be comunicated to the applicants once all technical details are defined.

Accepting the partecipation at the platform, the selected artists will allow IDACO nyc and its affiliates to use their image and name for the purppose related to the platform's goal.
